TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cooks Beach Resort seeks your co-operation to ensure your stay with us and the stay of other
guests is an enjoyable one.
By making a booking with us, you are agreeing to the terms and
conditions set out below.
These terms, our prices and other charges are subject to change without
notice.
Reservations are a contract between Cooks Beach Resort and the person (18 years and over)
named on the reservation and are subject to the following conditions.
Confirmation
Reservations are not confirmed until a 20% deposit has been paid. The deposit is due within 14 days of the reservation being made.
We hold the right to cancel any reservation if the deposit has not been paid within that time period.
Short notice reservations (if arrival date is less than 14 days away) will only be confirmed when full
payment is received.
Payment and Due Dates
Payments by direct credit to our bank account (03-1578- 0120222-000) or by credit card.
Deposit: 20% deposit with a minimum of $50.00 for all reservations $250 and under, this payment is
due 14 days from receipt of your reservation confirmation.
For Peak and Summer reservations, full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
We welcome payment of your outstanding balance over time.
Payment on arrival requires prior approval.
If full payment is not received by the relevant due date above, or arrangements not made for
payment on arrival, your booking may be treated as cancelled as per our cancellation policy below.
Campsites/Accommodation cannot be accessed until full payment has been made.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival for all reservations outside Premium Season.
Premium Season (25 December to 8 January) reservations are fully refundable if cancelled before 1st December.
If cancelling within 14 days from your expected arrival date, any payments made (including the
deposit) may be transferred to an alternative reservation within 6 months of the cancelled
reservation. Only one transfer is allowed.
If cancelling your Premium Season reservation after 1st December, any payments made will be forfeited and no
refunds given.
Late arrivals, early departures and no-shows are non-refundable and not transferable.
We recommend that you obtain travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances and have to
cancel.

- PREMIUM / SUMMER SEASON reservations must be made by direct contact with the Resort (email or phone).
- Minimum night stays apply over this period.
- Minimum campsite charges apply. (Please enquire when booking)
- The size and allocation of a campsite is based on the maximum number of people you declare will be on the site during your stay. If the number of people exceeds this amount an additional cost will apply.
- Our Chalets and Studios are rented out as holiday homes, they are not serviced. It is expected that guests will keep the accommodation clean and tidy during their stay (cleaning products will be provided on request).Rubbish and recycling bins on site for use by all customers. On request, our staff will supply clean towels and sheets as you require. If you would like a chalet or studio cleaned by our staff during your stay, a Service Fee of $50 to $95 per clean applies.
