What time can I check in?
From midday on for Camp sites and from 2pm on for Cabins, Studios and Chalets.
What time is check out?
10am. Late check out can be arranged in off peak seasons
What are your seasons?
WINTER Season (1 May - 30 Sep)
SHOULDER Season (8 Feb - 30 Apr & 1 Oct - 23 Dec)
SUMMER Season (10 Jan - 7 Feb )
PREMIUM Season (24 Dec - 9 Jan) Only applies to some accommodation.
How old is a child?
Children are from 1 to 14yrs. Anyone under 1 stays free.
How many guests are included in the base price for Cabins, Studios and Chalets?
The first two guests are included in our prices, all extra Adults and Children are charged additionally per night.
What is the service fee?
Most of our chalet are privately owned and as such are rented as non-serviced holiday homes. The service fee is the way the owners pay us for the cleaning and the laundry of the linen.
Is linen provided?
Full linen is provided in the Studios and Chalets. The Cabins have fitted sheets, pillow & pillowcase provided. Quilts and towels may be hired.
Do you pick up from the Ferry?
Cathedral Cove Shuttle: 0274 22 58 99 Offer transport to and from the Ferry or anywhere within the Whitianga area.
Is the swimming pool heated?
The Adults Leisure Pool is heated and the others including the lagoon pool are solar heated all year round.
Can I bring pets?
We accept only dogs in the resort, on the condition that the owners are staying on a Camp Site only, and are staying between 1st May and 30th September. Pets on any other dates or accommodation types are not accepted.
Are your prices GST inclusive?
Yes.
